The short version: Inson3 is a wellness tool, used at your own risk, and it is not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose, doesn't treat, and doesn't replace advice from a health professional.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Inson3, you agree to these terms of use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. What Inson3 is (and isn't)
Inson3 offers guided breathing, a personal log, and simple reports to help you relax and fall back asleep. It's a product for wellness and self-awareness.
Inson3 is not a medical device and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. The content and reports in the app are for information only and are not medical advice. If you have persistent insomnia or any health concern, see a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your local health services.
3. Use at your own risk
You use Inson3 at your own risk. You are responsible for deciding whether the suggested practices suit you, and for stopping if you feel any discomfort. Don't do the breathing exercises while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation that needs your attention.
4. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use Inson3 on your device, under these terms and the App Store rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app, except where the law allows.
5. Subscriptions (Inson3 Pro)
The app has free features and an optional subscription, Inson3 Pro. Apple processes and charges subscriptions through your App Store account, and they renew automatically until you cancel. When there's a free trial, we tell you before the first charge. You can manage or cancel any time in your iPhone Settings; see the step-by-step on the support page. Refunds follow Apple's App Store policy.
6. Intellectual property
Inson3, including its name, visual identity, mascot, text, audio, and code, is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to its creators. Using the app transfers none of those rights to you.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Inson3 is provided "as is," with no guarantee that it will meet every expectation or bring any specific sleep result. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or the inability to use the app.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Relevant changes will appear on this page, with the revision date updated at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of the consumer's domicile, where applicable.
