Who we are

Inson3 is a wellness app for iPhone that helps you fall back asleep when you wake up in the middle of the night. This policy explains how the app and this site handle (or leave alone) your data. Questions: [email protected].

The principle: your data stays with you

Inson3 is designed to run fully offline, with no account and no login. What you record in the app, such as the reason that woke you, your morning check-ins, and your diary, stays on your iPhone. By default, none of it is sent to Inson3 servers.

Data the app handles locally

• Your sleep records: wake-up reasons, protocols you used, check-ins, and diary notes. They stay on your device.
• App preferences: sounds, settings, and options, also on your device.

This data stays under your control and you can delete it any time in the app settings or by removing the app.

iCloud backup (optional)

If you turn on backup, an optional Inson3 Pro feature, your data syncs through your private iCloud, tied to your Apple ID. In that case:

• Apple processes the data inside your own iCloud account, under Apple's terms and privacy policy.
• It never touches Inson3 servers. We have no access to the contents of your iCloud backup.
• You can turn backup off in the app settings and remove the iCloud data any time from iOS Settings.

Subscriptions and payments

Apple processes Inson3 Pro subscriptions through the App Store. We never receive or store your card or payment details. Apple's privacy policy covers that data. We receive only limited and mostly aggregated subscription information needed to run the app.

This site

The site inson3.com.br uses no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, and no third-party analytics. We build no browsing profile and we sell no data.

Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any server on the internet, the infrastructure may process standard technical logs (such as your IP address) briefly, for security and to deliver the pages. Cloudflare handles those logs as an infrastructure provider, and we don't use them to identify you.

Sharing

We don't sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Since we collect no sleep data by default, there's nothing to share. The only processors involved are Apple (iCloud and payments, when you use them) and Cloudflare (hosting for this site).

Your rights

Under Brazil's data protection law (LGPD) and similar laws, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. Since Inson3 keeps your data on your own device, you exercise these rights directly by viewing, editing, or deleting the information inside the app. If you need help, write to [email protected].

Children

Inson3 is not aimed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we ever offer a feature that sends data beyond your device and your iCloud, we'll present it clearly, always as an option, and update this page before turning it on. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
